The rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new in general, with a kingsize bed. The location was excellent and incredible for us - walking distance to pubs and bars. Walking distance to a tram station, just like we wanted.

Brilliant place to stay, it's fairly clean. They have a great restaurant for breakfast, that was a definite bonus. We would love to return certainly.

It was really close to Waverley rail station, the Playhouse theatre and the Christmas market, magnificent and fantastic location overall. Found Calton Hill, its relatively close to the hotel.

It was in a magnificent and unbeatable location walking distance to pubs and bars. A tram station was walking distance to the accommodation.

There were very comfy beds and 2 TVs, a storage space, and a kitchenette area inside the room. A bus station was located near the venue.

TBH, the room was average, we expected better.

The place was clean with a nice and pleasant staff on the reception desk. The breakfast was warm and superb. The room was exceptionally clean and modest, the location was incredible very central. I checked out a parish church, that was set not too far away from the property.

Our location was particularly good and absolutely perfect next to the Playhouse. Further, it was short walk to the main train station, and the nearest supermarket.

Comforts of generous-sized superior king room on a higher level were fabulous. The breakfast was good hot and gorgeous and included. Particularly good and absolutely perfect hotel's location, as it was near a bus station. The food was outstanding and the staff was very attentive.

The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had hot dishes. The view of the cathedral at the front from the window was exceptionally good, thoroughly enjoyed it.
